By downloading, installing, or using Mosaic ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mosaic on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's standard usage rules (see Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) and these Terms.
Photos you add to a widget design remain entirely yours. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any photo you add to Mosaic. We don't access, copy, or store your photos anywhere other than locally on your own device.

Mosaic is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trofim Panasik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Mosaic.
You may stop using Mosaic at any time by deleting the app. We may update or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of Mosaic are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
